LTD. provides investors and home buyers alike the opportunity to purchase quality properties up to 30% below the true market value! We are effectively a Multi-Channel Property Marketing Company, with a number of associates throughout Cyprus, offering a vast selection of properties to international and national clients mainly through our member companies and also through our own resources such as our website. With LTD. there is NO COMMISSION, and only a pre-set marketing fee is paid by the property owner.

The Market: 

LTD. will target two distinct customer segments.  The largest segment that they will target is the foreign market; initially the U.K. which will include repatriated Cypriots, expatriates, British nationals and the second market segment is the local market i.e. Cypriot nationals.

Strategy: 

LTD. will initially focus their efforts on developing a network of offices through franchising.  Each franchisee will be initially trained and then kept up to date with new developments and market strategies.  Franchisees will be supplied with a proven marketing system which will act as a guideline to work from.  Also all franchisees will have access to the database of all listings via www.searchfindcyprus.com , as well as all the business associates that have already been established.  All in all franchisees will find that by joining LTD. they will have benefited from starting their own company and enjoy the “fruits of hard labor” without having to experience the hard part.

1. Franchisees will have to pay an initial joining fee of CY€500*, which will allow them to build their business under the LTD. banner for the duration of five years, thereafter having the choice of rejoining under the LTD. banner or going it on their own.
2. A further CY€50* is payable every month as well as 15% of profits earned per month for administration and support services provided to the Franchisee by LTD.
3. Franchisees are obligated to open a LTD. office within three months of joining LTD. otherwise they may lose their license to operate under the LTD. banner.
4. All franchisees are obliged to share all property listings obtained therefore increasing the LTD. database and the potential of a franchisee finding a suitable property for a client.
5. All franchisees have a target of 10 properties per month to the LTD website as a minimum. If this is not met continuously the franchisee may be withdrawn from operating under the LTD banner.
6. Franchisees know from the outset that they are promoting the LTD name and if in any way they threaten the business. The franchisee may be withdrawn from operating under the LTD banner. 
7. Upper clothing that is worn by staff of each franchise such as a white shirt must have the WWW.SEARCHFINDCYPRUS.COM colored logo on it. This will be the uniform for the franchises.
